Anchoring Kids to a Successful Future

Hello I am Allie! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Alabama (#4223). I received my Masters of Professional Counseling degree in Arizona through Grand Canyon University and have worked in the behavioral health field for the last 8 years. I’ve always had a passion for working with children and families through tough times which is why my husband and I founded Life Anchors Child & Adolescent Counseling; to further my passion in my community. I care deeply about all young lives and will work above and beyond to make a positive difference in those that seek my help. I specialize in trauma, bullying, social skills development, anxiety, depression, etc. and focus on age group ages 4-21. My focus is to work through the child’s treatment plan with parents as a team, so that they may strongly contribute in helping their children succeed in the areas they are having trouble with. I work with adolescents and young adults more on an individual basis with parental guidance as needed.
